I had a sizeable repair! This is how it went: (1) loaner while the car was diagnosed. (2) Arndt explained what needed to be done and suggested I contact my insurance in case I would be covered. (3) The work took a bit of time and an additional estimate--as they worked, they communicated directly with my insurance provider and communicated with me as needed. (4) My car is finished, and Arndt gave me advice on how to avoid the problem again. The BEST automobile repair shop ever. Thanks, Arndt Automotive.
