We've been bringing our vehicles to Ardnt for several years since our long trusted mechanic retired. We were nervous about picking another mechanic due to a previous experience where a mechanic neglected to properly fasten the lug nuts on the truck I owned at the time. Luckily the wheel completely fell off as I pulled into a parking lot - not while I had been driving 55 miles an hour on RT64 just moments earlier! A friend recommended Arndt Automotive, and so, we took a chance, and we haven't regretted it. When I ask Cory, or someone else on the team, to explain exactly what's wrong, what has to be done and why, and to let me know what I can put off for now; they are always courteous and patiently explain what's going on so I can understand and make a decision. Even though I know how much easier it has to be dealing with car-savvy customers without budget restrictions; they never make me feel embarrassed that I need to hear all our options. I've discovered since choosing them that many of my neighbors and acquaintances have gone to Arndt Automotive for years. Obviously, I highly recommend you give them a try if you are in the market for a new, reliable, fair, and trusted mechanic for all your automotive needs.
